We do these:
- fold laundry together (son loves playing with his colourful cloth diapers)
- back-carry him and prepare ingredients for meals (sarong sling in the early months)
- short flashcards sessions
- tummy time
- carry baby and dance together (exercise time)
- independent play in his cot (2 different mobiles + reversible cot book)

Enjoy time with baby at home! :)

My problem is that she is very, very curious about her surroundings but she is a) not ready for the Mothercare carrier yet and b) I dunno how to put upright in the sarong sling!

Also, my work involves me sitting down for 1-2 hours :-)

Anyway, my Mum's helping out to train her to go to sleep in the bouncer. Keeping fingers crossed!

i love to lecture my baby too! my eva loves to be in her mei tai though. i will put her in the meitai, and go about doing my household chores. she could stay quiet for up to two hours, observing me do all the cleaning and washing, before getting bored or wanting to feed. maybe the sarong sling can help you as well?
