Kitty, i was already hypothyroid and it went worse when i was preggy with twins till i had to take many tablets until both my newborn was born hyperthyroid. wrote a lot on my blog (never ending worries, frequent trips to hospital for blood test and check up, up and down) but anyway, we are all alright now.

KittyCat: Not really! I'd like her to come when her Papa is around!

kittycat, thanks for the tips will let them know. The part do it often, it seem it is either one wil be busy.

eh.. maybe one more part, position, position, lol.. okay that might not be funny.

KittyCat: Sherry, tell your friend BOTH parties are needed to make a baby! It takes two to tango, one hand cannot clap LOL

Positions? Fantastic question because we "experimented" with the suggestions on this post: http://apregnantpause.net/2008/09/27/preparing-for-no-2/ ;-) Yup, it works!

time flies, my friends want second baby but it seem not easy to be pregnant again. Anyone got tips?

KittyCat: Sherry, I took a while to conceive too. My best advice?

1. Eat a healthy diet rich in calcium (milk, cheese, ikan bilis) and iron (red meat, red dates, black raisins, spinach, eggs)
2. Exercise, exercise, exercise!
3. Get really, really, really busy that you have no time to think of anything else and
4. Do IT often ;-)
