An Unforgettable Toilet Tale
Everything is quite smooth sailing now after Lucas started toilet training in May and he’s off nappies during the day since August
He can tell us when he needs to pee and poo – it’s really great as we don’t need to clean up any messes! He’s still on MamyPoko at nights and we’re fine with this as he sleeps throughout.
Anyway…now that he can pee on the toilet, I have to share with you his ‘weird’ routine, no thanks to Mummy, of course!
After he finishes peeing, this impatient boy just wants to jump off the step stool and move to the sink. However, I’ll hold him back a bit as there’ll be pee droplets on his little “bird”.
I’ve seen some mothers shaking the bird themselves but I don’t like to do this…so I tell him to shake. The little fella ends up shaking his head only as somehow, his body doesn’t co-operate!
Because this isn’t effective, I’ll give his butt a few taps to shake off the droplets. After he’s seen me doing that a few times, he decided to do it himself…
And what do we have? A toddler who pees, then shakes his head and slaps his butt a few times after that!
With a BMW steering rack, he looks EXACTLY like John Travolta in the movie “Grease”!
Oh no, what I done??? Hubby is teaching him how to do it and I think it’s best I leave the boys to themselves

yea, best to leave it to the other male species in the house. hehe, i wld do the same too if i got a boy. no wonder hubby leaves me to it with the girl and for sure with the other girl too!
if only u could video tape his shaking from the back but he would kill u for it for sure later. i’m trying to picture it! hehe…so cute!
