Just don't go during the hot summer months! Week 1 Oct is China's major holiday...any other days in Oct and Nov should be nice and cool. My sil even offered to sponsor us there but it's just not the right time to go now with 2 toddlers and a baby. We may go next year. Hmmmm, eczema is hard to treat. Just use Aqua cream to keep the skin moist and hopefully prevent an outbreak of rashes. I want to visit HK Disneyland too.
