What do you want to do on Mother’s Day?

Ryeli wants to sleep and do nothing and Shooi wishes her sons will go to sleep when it’s bedtime.

I’ve been busy PACKING these few days to even think about Mother’s Day or my birthday (coming up soon!!!). Know any strong, beefy men who love carrying boxes??? Please send some to us…

On Mother’s Day, I will be driving to the hospital for my endoscopy. There, I will be jabbed with a needle and given a sedative. The doctor will then insert the endoscope through my mouth to check out what’s happening in my stomach - and hopefully, solve the mystery of my gastritis.

Nasty way to spend Mother’s Day, right?

Instead of that, I would like to:

Give Lucas a treat of Elmo cupcakes, just like the ones he got for his 2nd birthday. Take him, my Mum, my sisters and my nieces to the beach for a nice day kicking and playing in the waves.

Put him in the blue beach shorts I bought, strap on his bright yellow arm floaters and then watch him enjoy the water with his nieces.

I will bring his sand-free bucket, spade, fork and mould set — to let him build sandcastles, make squares/circles/stars and just bloody play with the SAND!!!

I can imagine how *EXCITED* he will be with the environment and his nieces along…

Then, we will all tuck into a delicious international buffet with many, many varieties of food everyone can enjoy (including my Chinese food only Mum).

Sated with snacks, swimming and SAND, we’ll all then fall into bed and snore away the rest of the afternoon!

Sounds so much better, right?

And now…I’d like to know what Mummy to Chumsy, Josette, Shilla, Giddy Tigers, Zewt, Beckysmum, A Mom’s Diary,Angie and Bart want to do on Mother’s Day!

To my non-blogger friends, feel free to join in the fun here too eh ;-)
